Privacy policy (LGPD)

Anonymous searches: city, dates, category, the age group chosen in the filter and the number of results. We do not store IP, email or any user identifier with the search. Purpose: understanding demand and improving the listings (legitimate interest, LGPD art. 7, IX).

AI assistant: messages are processed to generate the answer and are not stored by OHype. When the AI is switched on, the text is sent to the contracted AI provider for that purpose only. A technical cookie with a random number counts the day's messages to apply the usage limit; it does not identify you and expires in 24 hours.

Accounts (once available): email and organizer profile data, to provide the service you asked for (art. 7, V).

Technical access logs required by Brazil's Marco Civil da Internet, kept for the legal period.

We only use cookies needed for the site to work: today, only the assistant limit cookie; in the future, also the login session. The language is in the page address, with no cookie. If we ever use analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent first.

We use hosting, database and AI providers that may process data outside Brazil, with contractual safeguards compatible with the LGPD (art. 33). We do not sell personal data.

Anonymous searches: while useful for statistics. Account data: while the account exists, and afterwards only what the law requires. Assistant cookie: 24 hours.

You can request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent (art. 18) at privacidade@ohype.com.br. You can also complain to the ANPD, Brazil's data protection authority.

OHype is not aimed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. Organizer accounts require being 18 or representing an organization.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect data, such as encryption in transit and access control. This policy may change; we will announce relevant changes on the site.
